Creating My Funeral Plan

“Come, you who are blessed by my Father, says the Lord,
inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world”

Matthew 25:34

As Christians, our earthy life is a pilgrimage with the Lord to our final home, the new and eternal Jerusalem.  It is our final destination, and we eagerly await joining the Lord and those who have gone before us in faith.  To leave this life requires our death, and that reality can be a time of great stress for those we leave behind.  It is right that we plan for that day, and help our loved ones with some simple advance planning, which we offer below.

Cut and paste the following paragraphs, fill in the blanks, and store in a safe place your family knows about so that it will be available to them at the time they are making arrangements.
